Quick understanding of eMarketing

The Internet has brought forth additional marketing benefits globally. This term has a few versions and Internet Marketing is one of them. It can also be referred as I-marketing, web marketing, online marketing or eMarketing. Internet Marketing have a few internet business models which are common these days.

These business models are namely as E-commerce (goods being sold online to consumers (B2C) or businesses (B2B), publishing (a form of advertising) and affiliate marketing (process of having a product or service sold to others and gained profit shares). These are one of the few internet business models commonly used these days.

Advantages of using such business models on the internet is not expensive when compared to the ratio of cost against the targeted audience whereas through the traditionally method of advertising, it costs alot. Running internet marketing methods also has the advantage of measuring the statistics easily and inexpensively.

Of course, everything has its pros and cons. Online marketing has its limitations as well. Low-speed internet connection can be one limitation. When a company builds a large company website, consumers or individuals accessing the page will encounter delays in viewing the website contents.
